Adaptation of a 19th century building in the historic city centre to a hotel. It was formerly used as offices. The design included mobile and mobile furniture, bathrooms, bathrooms, lighting and a lobby and a restaurant at the ground floorl. The hotel rooms are equipped with the luxurious hand made Swedish Hästens beds.
 Materials used in the design range from grey and black marble at the ground floor and bar through the Use of large brass frames, wallpapers from Designer’s Guild.

Site: Chýně, Czech Republic

Scale: 200m2

Interior design of a villa which was
constrained by the limited posibilities
of the already built house.
 The project consisted of  changing
of the bathrooms and living room.
Materials used included extensive
use of concrete screed. Also a new

International competition concerning
national project held in the Czech
Republic under supervision of UIA.
The location is Letenská plain at the
northern edge of the historic centre.
 Our design idea is a five storey
passage across the whole width of the building allowing traffic of visitors
and showing the operation of the
library. Study halls are oriented
towards south and east and facing
centre of Prague. The design includes restaurant, gallery and café as well as extensive landscaping of the surrounding area.

Interior and exterior design of a villa
built as an extension to an existing
building.
 The construction was limited by the
already erected load bearing structure.
The challenge was to accommodate
desired layout while maintaining
maximal amount of natural daylight.
Also an extensive lighting scheme
was introduced which combines
direct and indirect light.

Site: Akra, Ghana

Scale: 250m2

This project consisted of exterior
and interior design of a villa in
western Africa in the city of Ghana.
 The location with its significant
conditions influenced the design
and organization of spaces in the
building.
 Living rooms and bathrooms are
located in a one part of building
while the living room and kitchen

Scale: 900m2

This project was a competition
organized by company Rako
producing wide range of tiles.
The aim was to design a centre
that would present the role of
the Czech Republic in EU and
vice versa.
 At the ground floor is a reception
and a information centre, at the
second floor there is a café.
Across second and third floor
is located open gallery and above
at fourth and fifth floor is a library
with study halls and presentation
rooms.

Project: 2004
Scale: 500m2

This project is a church designed
to be built in a uninspiring suburb.
The purpose of the project is to
enhance the cultural life and
create a beacon of life.
 The construction is a series of
steel shell-like curved walls.
Interior is lighted with indirect
light through slits between two
adjacent walls. Roof lights
are used extensively.

Redesigning of original layouts of
three out flats in a 19th century
residential building in Vinohrady.
 The job included complete interior
design with lighting and furniture.
Existing internal partitions were
removed and new layouts were
introduced to fit requirements.
The back of the building was
extended and clad with a light
structural façade.
 Each flat was designed with
cooperation of its future owner.

Large retail scheme located in Bucharest, capital of Romania. Project included retail space, underground carparking, residential tower building, cinemas and landscaping of park around the site.
